There is no telephone helpline. Please provide as much information as possible in relation to what actions you are taking when you encounter the issue. Screengrabs are also very helpful - PrtScn button on your keyboard, or for Macs use Command (⌘)-Shift-3.

If you have an enquiry about a specific position being advertised, your application(s), or about recruitment policies and time-scales, in the first instance please contact the organisations HR/Personnel Department. Each organisation has full ownership over the positions they advertise on myjobscotland and their recruitment policies and procedures, including recruitment time-frames, interviews, and interview feedback.
