We are looking for someone to join our dynamic Human Resources team in the role of HR Administrator. In this role, you would be our main point of contact for candidates in the early stages of the recruitment process, helping them to have a positive experience and start their employee journey on a good note. In addition to this, our HR Administrator ensures the accurate and timely updates of employment changes to our records in coordination with our Payroll team.

We are a small team of enthusiastic HR practitioners who are committed to the work we do. We are looking for a colleague who is resourceful, takes initiative and has excellent administrative skills including careful attention to detail. We also need someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for customer care and the ability to manage a workload with multiple deadlines.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administration experience who is looking to start their career in HR.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a skilled administrator who provides vital support to an organisation committed to ‘no barriers – for all of life’. This role is all about ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and employees while maintaining high standards of HR practice.

The successful candidate also requires excellent written and spoken communication skills. They should be organised and flexible as the needs within the HR team can change rapidly. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential but this does not have to have been within an HR context.
