About the Role: Imagine spending your days exploring new destinations, sitting by the beach, meeting incredible people, and creating unforgettable memories—all while providing vital companionship and care. Each year, our team accompanies customers on holidays across the UK, Europe, and beyond. We need dedicated and adventurous individuals who have a passion for travel and a "can-do" attitude. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the holiday of their dreams, providing the right care and support to make it possible.

Our customers: From older adults and those with physical disabilities to people with visual impairments, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges, our customers come from all walks of life. Each journey is a chance to help someone experience the joy of travel, with the security of having their care needs fully met by you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Companionship: Accompany clients on their holidays, providing the support and safety they need.
• Tailored Care: Follow individual care plans, adapting to each customer’s needs to ensure an amazing holiday experience.
• Independent Work: Work independently and manage care at the holiday destination, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Adventure-Ready: Be flexible, adaptable, and have a love for travel, meeting new people, and having a good time.
