Support Worker Required - 16 / 25 Hours.
You will be supporting a young male adult age 24 with his morning personal care/dressing and breakfast routines. Then supporting the client to his club or activity for the day. The client has Chromosome Deletion, learning difficulties, hearing and visual impairments and uses a wheelchair while out in the community.
Beelieve are looking to recruit an experienced support worker for this service working 16 hours over 7 days, overtime will also arise as either sleepover or holiday support so we ideally want potential candidates to be flexible in the hours they can cover.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a Health and Social care settings is required.
Experience Desirable: Learning Disabilities, Visual Impairments, Hearing Impairments
