If you want a career where your ability to listen and care changes lives every single day, we want to hear from you.

We believe that growing older or facing health challenges shouldn’t mean losing your identity, your dignity, or your voice. Every human being deserves to feel safe, valued, and genuinely understood. We don’t just visit homes to complete a checklist; we exist to ensure that our customers remain the authors of their own lives, and we therefore are able to deliver a service that transforms the lives of all involved.

We bring this belief to life by placing listening at the core of everything we do. We know that exceptional care cannot exist without active, empathetic listening. It is the tool that transforms a routine visit into a meaningful human connection. We support our team with regular supervision, comprehensive training, and emotional support because we know that to have the presence of mind to listen deeply to others, you must first feel valued and supported yourself.

As a SupportWorker (care at home), your daily actions are the physical proof of why you do this job. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support where listening is your most valuable skill:

  • Active Listening: Tuning in to your clients' stories, preferences, and unspoken needs to build genuine, trusting relationships.
  • Promoting Independence: Assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, and light household tasks according to the client's explicit choices and needs.
  • Dignified Care: Providing respectful, tailored support with personal care, mobility, and medication management.

Who You Are

  • You believe that listening is an act of care, and you naturally lead with empathy and patience.
  • You are driven by a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
  • You have the right to work in the UK (Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role).
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous.

 What We Offer

  • Commitment to Connect: Leadership that encourages you to truly listen in all interactions.
  • Competitive Pay: Strong hourly rates with enhancements once qualified
  • Professional Growth: Full introductory training, paid shadow shifts, and fully funded pathways to formal SVQ qualifications on completion of probation.

  • Company sick pay scheme on completion of probation.
  • 34 days’ holiday per annum, pro rata for part-time hours
