About the Role:

We’re seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager in completing salaries, stats, quarterly reports, and any other admin duties. In addition, you’ll support the Service Manager from West Dunbartonshire via teams & sharepoint.

About You:

Drawing on your past experience of providing a high standard of customer service in a similar role, you will be well versed in Microsoft Office packages and have the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Your organisational skills, initiative and attention to detail will drive you to provide the best possible service. Moreover, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Although not essential, ideally, you’ll have a minimum of an SVQ 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Ability to use own initiative and to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel and Publisher.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to successfully manage a busy and diverse workload.
  • Friendly, approachable, and willing to help attitude.
