Personal Development Worker for Aidan in East Calder (Near Livingston)

Salary: £12.12-£12.24 Per Hour (Sleepovers paid at £12 per hour)

We are supporting Aidan to recruit new team members to help him live his good life, each and every day.

Some days you might be packing your swimming gear and heading off to the local pool for a swim and a sauna together. Some days you might be heading out for a walk to one of the local country parks near where Aidan lives, in West Lothian. Some days might include catching up with friends, going a drive and having dinner together. Some days might be getting your dancing shoes on and going clubbing… or, some days might be all of the above!

People who Know Aidan and care for him describe him as funny, clever, loving, friendly, a people magnet and talented in many ways.

Aidan is very practical and enjoys making and building things with particular interests in woodwork and gardening. Aidan also enjoys photography. With the right people around Aidan, life is an adventure and full of huge possibilities and potential.

As well as supporting Aidan to take part in the things he loves, daily support also involves supporting Aidan at home, with all the regular things that go along with looking after/running your own home.

3 positions available, 1x 16 hours plus sleepover (equivalent to one full day per week starting 11am through to 11am the following day) and 2 positions 12 hours per week ( working 2x 6 hour shifts per week) to support Aidan out doing the things he loves. Some days this will be 11am to 5pm/12 to 6pm and occasionally 5pm to 11pm/ish if Aidan is going clubbing/ a night out with friends.
