Hello! I am Jenny and I am hiring new Personal Development Workers to join my team.

I am a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, a loving girlfriend and a friend to many.

People who know me well describe me as creative, a chatterbox and someone who also likes their own space too. People also describe me as unique, generous, kind and creative, which makes me feel good to hear.

Like many young people my age, I’m quite fashionable and I enjoy pampering days out in local salons, and I like to do some pamper sessions at home with my team too. I know self-care makes me feel good physically and mentally. I also enjoy all things marvel; superheroes and fantasy role play card games, so I’m not afraid to say I’m a bit geeky either.

I’m very independent and I know my own mind, I’m happy to share how I am feeling and what I am thinking with those close to me. As a match, to be my team member, you will be respectful.

Other skills to be a match include being self-motivated and able to motivate me, be flexible and adaptable to my needs, ideally having similar interests or at least have a willingness to learn about them. Good communication skills are also a must to support me to understand the world around me, sometimes discussing difficult topics – and if you can do this by being patient and inserting a bit of humour then that’s always a winner for me!
