​​We're looking for the right people to help our brother move into his new home with support. ​

​Our brother has a complex learning disability and autism which means that you'll need to be really good at learning to understand his unique ways of communicating. ​

​Your job will be to help our brother to live the best life possible at home and in the community. ​

​Our brother requires help with all aspects of living. He benefits from structure, consistency, respect and kindness.​

​He needs calm people and a quiet environment around him. Our brother needs everyone to respect his personal space.​

​You will be employed directly by us as our brother's family for £13.50 per hour.​
