Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
Locations: Kilmarnock Branch (Areas covered – Kilmarnock and The Irvine Valley; Galston, Hurleford, Newmills, Darvel)
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Mileage: 20p
Shifts available: 30 hr permanent contract covering a range of shifts
Access to vehicle required: Yes, due to the geographical location and nature of the role
Previous experience required in a care at home role.

Duties will include:
- Competency & Quality checks on carers in our team
- Assist with Support Plans and Risk Assessments with Service Users
- Take part in on-call on a rotational basis
- Supporting the Branch Manager in upholding care standards to ensure Care Inspectorate values are maintained at all times
- Supporting the community team when required

Key skills and attributes required:
· Previous Care experience required
· Caring, compassionate and a good listener
· An energetic, happy person who enjoys forming relationships with people
· Able to access a vehicle
· A current member of the PVG scheme or willing to register, be registered with SSSC or be prepared to register
