​​​​​​​Our amazing #NLSLDrumpellier is expanding in Coatbridge & Bellshill and on the lookout for bubbly, outgoing individuals who are for trying new things to join them as a Support Practitioner on a permanent basis. We have various contracts available from 20 hours to 39 hours per week.

The Role


You'll become part of one of our friendly and dedicated peripatetic team who support 2 individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities across two services. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

One of the gents has a cheeky smile and a love for Celtic Football club he also likes a trip to the bookies for a flutter on the horses. He enjoys being one of the lads and having a bit of banter with whoever is supporting him. 

The other gents has a mischievous streak, is full of fun and has a fantastic memory.


​​​​​​​As a Support Practitioner you will be supporting day to day needs, including shopping, finances, cooking, housework, personal care and medication. As well as helping the people we support in their own homes, you’ll support them with attending activities and events out in their community, accompany them on outings and attending health appointments, and support them to maintain relationships with their friends and family. You’ll take an active role in the planning and delivery of person-centred care and be supportive and encourage the people we support to express their wishes and views.

Shift Patterns


Our dedicated team provide tailored support 14 hours per day between 8am – 10pm and 7 hours of support per day at our other service, 5 days a week.
