It would be great if you have experience supporting someone with complex needs however this isn't a deal breaker as we recruit on values and we'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even put you through your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too!​​​​​​​


The person â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹we support has their own mobility car so it is essential you hold a full UK, manual driving licence with at least one year experience of driving.

The Role


The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. You'll become part of a small, friendly and dedicated team who support a lady in her own home. As a Support Practitioner, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting with all aspects of daily living including support with housework, administration of medication, assistance with personal care and the management of personal finances.


The lady we support enjoys a active social life and has a busy calendar with lots of activities in the community, she is best know for her infectious laugh that lights up any room, funny jokes and her ever changing nail polish colour. 


​​​​​​​Your main aims will be providing one to one support with daily living, encouraging independence and helping each individual to reach their goals and full potential.  


​​​​​​​All we’ll need you to bring is;

  • A full driving licence
  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • An understanding of the importance of routines and guidelines
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns


Our dedicated team provide support 7 days a week and typical shifts are typical shifts are  900 - 1830 apart from Fridays which are 0900 - 13.00 and 16.30 - 22.00.
