Our amazing #TeamCS are on the lookout for understanding and caring individuals who love a good chat to join them as Support Practitioners in Elgin on a part-time, permanent basis. We have various contract available up to 25 hours per week.​​​​​​​

The Role


As a Support Practitioner, we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction. No two days are ever the same. You'll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities and additional support needs in YOUR local community.

With a focus on maintaining and promoting independence, you will work in a person-centred way to provide support in all aspects of daily living, including cooking and preparing meals, personal care, administering medication and managing personal finances. You’ll be enthusiastic and take an active interest in their hobbies which may include karaoke, arts and crafts, live music, going for walks and to the shops along with many more activities. We'll be looking to you to help identify new opportunities for participation and inclusion for the people we support.


It would be great if you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle as there will be travel across the Elgin area involved. We give a generous mileage rate at 45p per mile and you are also paid the hourly rate for travel time up to 2 hours between shifts.

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will fall between the hours of 0700-2300 hours and will include split shifts and weekend working on a rotational basis giving you every second weekend off!

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.


If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
