Are you looking for a rewarding job where you can make a difference? We're on the lookout for a flexible, caring and enthusiastic colleague to join our amazing #TeamSpringhill in Aberdeen on a part-time (25 hours) fixed term basis until January 2021.


The Role


You'll become part of a friendly, dedicated, fun team who supports a gentleman and two ladies with learning disabilities to live in their own shared home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.


Your main aim will be supporting with their day to day needs, including shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication. With all 3 individuals enjoying an active lifestyle, we'll need you to be enthusiastic about supporting them all with various activities both in and outside their home. Their hobbies and interests include boccia, walking, day trips, gardening, arts & crafts, swimming, pool and going for a pint.


About You


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too!

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns include early mornings, days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
