Direct Payment Services is a family run business supporting individuals and families to navigate and manage a Direct Payment. We support with recruiting Personal Assistants (PA’s) and paid carers; getting the right PVG checks and supporting you with other safe recruitment tools; registering you as an employer with HMRC; registering your PA’s with HMRC; calculating your payroll; supporting you with contracts of employment and other employment related issues and queries and making sure you’re up-to-speed and complying with all the latest regulation and legislation.

We have over 15 years’ experience supporting Direct Payment users throughout Scotland but our small, family business means we keep our supports and services as cost-effective as possible and we treat you like family.
