Forbes House

A custom built care home located in the seaside town of Ayr offering a warm and compassionate environment for your loved ones. Ideally situated between Ayr and Prestwick town centre, Forbes House provides easy access to local amenities, beautiful beaches and is centrally located for residents’ outings and for visits from friends and families. 

Forbes House (previously Heathfield House) was purpose built in 2011 to service the needs of the community and has recently been thoughtfully redesigned, providing 47 beds to elderly residents and 33 beds for specialist young adult care. Split into four units over two floors with lift access and spacious corridors, Forbes caters to both elderly residents in our upper units, Coast and Shore, as well as young adults in our lower floors, Bay and Ocean.
