H1 Healthcare Founder and Co-CEO

H1 Healthcare was founded as a family business in 2002. As a nurse with over 20 years experience, a mum of six, and former care home operator, I started a small care agency in rural Aberdeenshire to provide work for the care staff I knew and worked with already and to provide a good living for my family.

The business has grown to be one of the largest nursing and care staffing businesses in the UK and also provides learning technology and training services. We're still a family business, and i'm so proud of the team who make up our extended H1 family - our care and nursing heroes and our amazing recruitment and office-based teams.
