The Service
Kinloss Park project is a group home supporting up to four individuals on a 24/7 basis. A sleepover shift is required as well as day shift - sleepover shift paid at £108 per sleepover + hourly rate for waking hours worked. Shifts will be a mix of earlies, day shift, back shift and a sleepover. On average staff are expected to work between 2-4 sleepovers a month for part time positions. The individuals we support at Kinloss Park have a range of disabilities from autism, mental health and learning disabilities who require support with day to day activities of living such as personal care, housing, finance and shopping. There is a rolling rota so you would have your shifts in advance.
The Role
You will provide active support to enable individuals to achieve and manage their health and social care needs through a holistic and person centred approach.
You Will
- Be positive, flexible and committed to making a difference.
- Possess an SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or have the ability and willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Be required to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of taking up the post.
