Domiciliary Care Trainer

We are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Care Trainer to join our team.

Their main role will be set within the Training and SQA department of our Care at Home business and include the following:

• Training Care staff as directed to industry minimum standards
• Creating and maintaining relevant training plans
• Updating training documents
• Developing professional relationships and promoting training courses
• Maintaining staff training plans
• Working alongside SQA Assessors

The role is temporary position with the aim to become permanent in due course.

The right candidate will gain the opportunity to further develop within our organisation as we promote within. There is also an opportunity to gain Assessor qualifications after successful probationary period.
