Who are we?

At Key we support people living in their own home, in their family home or in their community. We start by seeing the person first. The support we offer can range from just a few hours a week, a few hours a day to 24-hour support, including overnights.

Could you be Key?

Are you passionate about the positive differences and opportunities Self Directed Support can bring to each person’s individual journey?

Can you work creatively and flexibly in your day-to-day work to provide positive leadership and support to your team effectively?

If the answer is YES… then you could be Key!

What do we need from you?

In addition to providing direct support to individuals, some of whom may have complex needs, the main responsibilities of the Team Manager role include helping to plan, co-ordinate and monitor service delivery to individuals and to provide support, supervision and leadership to a small group of Support Workers.

Applicants must be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the people we support. Evening, weekend work and overnight support responsibilities are required as well as some support to workers out with ‘normal working hours’.

If you would like further information on the role before applying, you can contact Area Manager Michael Lewis at michael.lewis@key.org.uk

We reserve the right to close this advert early so please ensure to submit your application at the earliest opportunity.
