Are you an experienced care worker or would love to start a career in care?

If so, we would love to hear from you! Apply now, helping us to continue our great work making a positive impact every day on the lives of people with a disability.

Great Eastern Drive accommodates up to four people in a cosy bungalow near the River Nith, 5 miles outside Dumfries. Three gentlemen with learning disabilities live here, each needing varied support levels for daily tasks. As a support worker, you'll help with personal care, activities/outings, meal prep, medication, and personal goals.

Due to the rural location and limited public transport, a driving license and car access are beneficial. Each gentleman has a car and participates in various daily activities, relying on staff for transportation.

Staff work early and late shifts, which may change based on needs. A sleepover shift ensures assistance is available at night.

Care Assistant, Support Worker or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone!
