Rota Co-Ordinator

We are looking for someone to lead our organisational rota. This is a big role that requires multi-tasking and problem solving. Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential. It is important that you understand our working patterns and different services to be able to implement some changes and be able to submit the rota with at least 4 weeks notice for all staff. Skills we are looking for are:

· Great time management

· Be able to plan and organise your workload

· Great people skills

· Great communication with a large staff team and office team

· Be dynamic

It is important to build a rapport with both staff and families as you will be liaising with them almost daily and linking in with them if there are any changes.

This is a part time post consisting of 20 hours per week. This can be flexible working hours over at least 3 days per week. The position is office based in the East End of Glasgow. This is a new post that has been created and may have slight changes depending on the needs of the organisation.
