CARE QUALITY AUDITOR – (MATERNITY COVER UP TO 12 MONTHS)

Quality & Compliance Dept - Head Office, Bridgeton, Glasgow (Hybrid working)

Working as part of the Quality & Compliance Team, you will:

· Work with the Quality & Governance Team to review and improve our existing Quality Audit Management System, having regard to the Care Inspectorate’s National Health and Social Care Standards

· Develop and ensure appropriate audit tools are used that enable services and departments to be monitored against standards and targets

· Lead on the organisational audit schedule

· Support the collation of both metric and soft data sets from completed audits and present information in ways that enable leaders and stakeholders to develop and improve across all key areas of operations and business life

· Support the training and development of designated operational staff to carry to understand the Quality & Compliance Teams audit process and to ensure the schedule of audit is maintained

· Prepare monthly quality and compliance reports in relation to audit findings that collate the detail of performance for the services

Essential requirements for the role

· Educated to degree level in relevant care or quality assurance field

· Previous experience working in a third sector organisation or care related organisation

· Previous experience in an audit related job role

Desirable requirements for the role

· Master's level qualification in relevant discipline

· Previous External line management role in care

· Relevant operational experience in one of the client groups to whom Mungo provides a service
