At any one time across our fantastic projects, we are supporting up to 1,500 individuals, their families and communities helping them to live better lives.

Our Stravaig Project based in the Partick area of Glasgow, provides direct access to supported accommodation, giving a safe environment for young vulnerable homeless people who have various levels of support needs and who may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness and may be excluded from other services.

We are looking to recruit a Project Worker, to join our dynamic team who is motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to effectively ensure you deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible in supporting our young people in delivering a high-quality person-centred support plan. Creating a caring, homely and secure environment for young people by supporting, mentoring and educating during therapeutic nightly activities to develop their learning opportunities emotional and social needs.

Instilling and developing practical skills to enhance independent living and positive engagement to encourage young people in their development, maximise working towards a successful move to making positive lifestyle choices. Above all you will be able to build positive relationships and demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm to empowering our young people.

Qualifications or experience are not essential. We offer excellent support, training and a salary of £10.70 per hour. We also offer an £800 joiner bonus, after successful completion of probation.
