The Mungo Foundation is a well-established charitable organisation, with over 40 years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals across Scotland. We employ over 700 staff, supporting approximately 1500 people a year, across a diverse array of services. Our services are tailored to the needs of each individual we work with and together we work hard to improve their quality of life.

Our Ravenswood Housing Support Service based in Kirkintilloch provides temporary supported accommodation and follow on outreach support to homeless households with additional support needs. We also provide advice and guidance to households residing within houses of multiple occupancy within the wider East Dunbartonshire area Transport is beneficial but not essential.

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to work within our Ravenswood Housing Support Service based in Kirkintilloch, the successful candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to effectively ensure they deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care and support. You will have shared responsibility for the overseeing of this unit. You will develop and promote a continuous learning and development culture across the project, ensuring that staff receive appropriate training, supervision and performance appraisals.

Your role will be to audit and monitor all areas of systems and practice on a regular basis or as directed by the Project Manager. You will ensure that you have a consistent leadership approach by ensuring that all staff have a working knowledge of organisational policies and procedures.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organisational skills and IT skills. Experience of MS Office is essential, particularly Word and Excel.

The successful candidate, if unqualified, must be willing to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory Requirements.
