Contracted hours rising to £10.63 per hour after 1 year’s service.

Premium rate of £11.61 paid between midnight and 7am.

Quarriers Stopover is a short stay accommodation for 14 young people, male and female, all of whom are experiencing major difficulties in their lives in addition to their acute housing needs.

We are looking for a Permanent Nightshift Project Worker (39 hours) to join our team, working to ensure individuals supported by the project receive the best possible service at all times.

The successful candidate will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and enabling environment, maximising the potential benefit to the individuals we support to the formation of operational policy and to the development of practice within the project. You will also contribute to all necessary risk assessments to ensure risks are minimised and manageable, as well as participating actively in team meetings, supervisions and all other forums aimed at developing policy and practice, whilst upholding the values, principles and policies of Quarriers operating within the specified guidelines. All work undertaken will be recorded to a high level of accuracy and detail.

There is a set rolling shift pattern of 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off. These hours are 10pm until 8am.
