Johnstone Supportive Living Project is based in the Burns Drive area of Johnstone. There are 6 flats within the service. Each person we support has 1:1 staff support, with some also having 2:1 support for outings and activities. This support is person centered to cater to the variety of support needs that each individual has.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader, 39 hours, to join our management team. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in all aspects of the delivery and development of high-quality services for people within Paisley & Johnstone Supported Living. They will also participate in a management on call Rota and working weekend if required. Robust coaching and mentoring process will be offered within the induction process.

The successful candidate must have a full current drivers licence and access to own transport.
