The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, dedicated to creating positive change in people’s lives, is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Resourcing Consultant to join our team. With a competitive salary and fantastic rewards and benefits, this is an opportunity to be part of an inspiring and passionate team dedicated to transforming the lives of those who need it most.

The Regional Resourcing Consultant will work in partnership with Area Managers, Team Managers and Senior Support Workers to ensure successful recruitment of support staff across all regions. This will be met by advertising local opportunities, assisting with maintaining an ongoing database of candidates through various sourcing techniques, attending local recruitment events and working with The Talent Resource Manager and local managers on local and organisation wide retention strategy/activities.

An essential requirement of the role is experience as a Recruiter. Recruitment experience within Social Care is preferred, however, this is not essential. You will also have excellent analytical skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple vacancies whilst ensuring deadlines are met

This is a remote role; you will be working remotely with our Hiring Managers across different areas of Scotland to provide a high standard of recruitment expertise. Although role is predominantly home based, there will be occasional travel for recruitment events held across Scotland as required.

So, if you are an agency recruiter looking for a change or maybe you are already in house looking for a new challenge, then The Richmond Fellowship Scotland may be for you! Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity.
