Join our passionate teams within South West. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, you’ll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort.
Shift Pattern
This part time role offers 73.5 hours per month, worked across 7 overnight shifts. Enjoy a consistent schedule from 10:00PM to 8:30AM, giving you plenty of daytime flexibility!
Experience
Experience in social care is desirable but not essential—we’re looking for individuals who share our core values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.
Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Build positive relationships with people, their families and the wider team.
- Collaborate with the person, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the person’s goals and aspirations.
