Personal Assistant - 3.5 Hours Per Week - St Monans (SDS/CS/271490)

We are looking for a personal assistant to help a 56 year old male who experiences a lot of anxiety and low mental health. He experiences mobility issues and uses either a walking stick or scooter when outside especially as can be unsteady. We are looking for someone who is chatty, upbeat and has compassion whilst assisting him to wash or go out. 

A lovely individual who needs assistance with:

• Showering

• Light housework

• Meal prep if required

• Medication reminding

• Getting out and about 

He enjoys watching television, getting out and about, and exploring shops and local entertainment venues.

He is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Personal Assistant who can support him to enjoy these activities and make the most of his interests. 

We would ask that you write a small paragraph about yourself which will allow the family to gain a better idea of why you would like to have this post. 

Applicants must have a caring attitude, have a good sense of humour, be reliable with a positive and flexible approach to work. 

Having experience within this area would be of benefit. 

This role requires an enhanced check through PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) where you will be asked to provide a copy of your certificate to your new Employer for their records.
