Support Practitioner - Kelty

Sense Scotland is recruiting for two Support Practitioners offering 24 hours per week. This role requires a flexible approach to shift patterns which cover, early and late shifts, sleepover and waken night shifts, weekends and public holidays via a team rota system.

Set within the village of Kelty, Sense Scotland supports 3 individuals who each have their own complex needs including, but not limited to, impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and congenital rubella syndrome who have their own room within a purpose-built building.

Given the complexity of needs, each person’s support package is bespoke to their individual needs. Our team provide support in every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care which allows the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
