About the Role

Based across our Tullideph and Walton Mill services, you'll support adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, ADHD, diabetes, bipolar disorder, and sensory impairments. Taking a person-centred approach, you'll help individuals live independently and enjoy meaningful lives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, medication, and meal preparation.
• Encouraging independence, choice, and participation in everyday life.
• Supporting people to access hobbies, activities, and their local communities.
• Building positive relationships with families, colleagues, and professionals.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support plans.

Working Pattern

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Shifts are worked on a flexible rota and may include early, mid, late, sleepover, and night shifts, with start times from 7am and finishes up to 11pm.
