We're looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to support our Tullideph and Walton Mill supported living services in Dundee, where 11 adults are supported to live independently in their own homes. The people we support have a range of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Epilepsy, ADHD, Diabetes, Bipolar Disorder and Hearing Impairment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader or someone ready to progress into their first leadership role. You'll work across both services, leading by example and supporting teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that helps people achieve their goals and live the lives they choose.

About the Role

As Team Leader, you'll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and practical support to staff while working alongside them in service. You'll help develop staff confidence, promote best practice and ensure support remains responsive, person-centred and outcome-focused.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and inspiring staff teams to deliver excellent support.
• Coaching, mentoring and supervising colleagues.
• Supporting the review and development of individual support plans.
• Working collaboratively with families, guardians and professionals.
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the services.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 6 or above.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
• Has strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enjoys developing and supporting others.
• Shares our values and commitment to helping people live fulfilling, independent lives.
