Trust Housing Association Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator based in Arbroath, covering duties at our developments in Gowan Park DD11 2BN and Garden Street DD1 2BD.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: -

· Annual Salary £12,776* or £13,289 (*salary based on enhanced annual leave)

· Working 21 hours per week at Gowan Park and Garden Street

· 33* or 28 days annual leave per year

What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator:

You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Arbroath, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience:

You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living. Previous experience of working with older people would be an advantage.
