What we are looking for....

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator. You will support the service with general and financial administrative tasks, as well as respond to enquiries via phone and email. You will have administrative experience gained through working within a busy office or social care environment. You will be experienced working with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and be able to create spreadsheets and deal with numerical information.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Hours of work are required to be worked over either 3 or 4 week days.

You will ideally have a relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or equivalent experience.
