Are you looking to provide effective support to a Finance & Admin function in a small, dynamic charity?

“Our purpose is to provide a positive, life-changing experience for young people through individual care, education and skills development”.

GSC supports vulnerable children, young people and young adults. The GSC campus just outside Bishopton offers young people a safe, nurturing and caring environment set in fabulous grounds with a garden wildlife trail and outdoor sports facility. On-campus there are three secure care houses, a close support house & two semi-independent living cottages.

GSC offers employees a great benefits package and you will be joining an enthusiastic and dedicated team.

Our Finance & Admin Assistant will report directly to the Finance Manager where you will provide effective and efficient finance & administration support for the organisation ensuring accuracy at all times.

We’re looking for someone who will have experience of completing all finance functions required for a small charity including processing of invoices; payments; bank reconciliation and budget control.

Relevant qualifications are not essential however a qualification in Finance/Administration would be preferred.

This is an exciting time to join the team at The Good Shepherd Centre (GSC) as we seek to build on its strong reputation for relational based practice and helping young people to build hope, skills and plans for their future. At the GSC we have embarked on a journey with new strategic goals which are ambitious for our young people and the ways we want to grow and develop our services.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; are adaptable, reliable, then working as part of our dedicated and experienced team may be a good move for you.

Please note, as per our company policy, we are strictly unable to accept CV’s.

To apply, please complete our standard application form and email this to applications@goodshepherdcentre.org.uk by the closing date.

If you require further information on the role, please contact Emma Sinclair, HR Officer on 01505-864500.
