Job Description
The purpose of the waste service is to provide an efficient and effective service with a first class reputation, keeping Aberdeenshire clean and safe, delighting our customers, recycling more and landfilling less every year.
A vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Waste Management Facilities Officer based at Macduff to assist in the delivery of an effective HWRC and Waste Disposal service in a defined area. This post participates in a shift rota to cover business hours and the days of work will vary according to the needs of the service, including weekends as appropriate. Public holiday working may be required.
The successful candidate needs to hold an LGV Licence
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and organisation
Working pattern is Tuesday to Friday 07:00 - 16:45
