Club Development Officer

Job Description

As part of our growing Community Sport Team, the 2 Club Development Officer posts will strengthen our ability to inspire, active and healthy lifestyle choices across Aberdeenshire, by ensuring community clubs are Safe, Strong, Inclusive and Welcoming.

You will work closely with Community Sport Hub Officers to enhance local club communication and collaboration, based on the principals of knowing, understand and meeting community need. We have a long term partnership with sportscotland and these additional posts will be considered in discussions for continued partnership beyond the initial funded period.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Fixed Term for a period not exceeding 31/03/2027
