Job Description
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you could just be the person to join our friendly team in the Fleet Repair Depot, Inverurie.
In this important role, you will be looking after our customers MOT and servicing needs over the phone, internet and face to face.
You will work hand in hand with our supportive Management Team to help organise the workshops daily loading.
We are looking for a personable individual who can consistently demonstrate a high standard of customer service skills and confidently liaise with customers. A basic understanding of computers will be needed although training in our operational software will be given.
The successful candidate will also assist with invoicing, scheduling, filing, cash handling and taking card payments.
Provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative support role within Fleet Service with specific focus on your base depot, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed, presenting a professional and customer focused image and ensure a quality service is given at the point of reception.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
