As a Growth Business Advisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering the success of growth businesses. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the economic landscape and contribute to the prosperity of the region. You will provide strategic advice, coaching, and mentoring to ambitious businesses, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their growth objectives.
Business Gateway Aberdeen City & Shire is delivered by Aberdeenshire Council on behalf of both Aberdeenshire Council & Aberdeen City Council.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
The base location for this role is Woodhill House, with travel throughout Aberdeen City & Aberdeenshire. The role is full-time permanent, and the work style is hybrid. It is a material condition of employment for this post that the employee holds a current full driving licence and has a car available.
This role may require flexible, evening and weekend working on occasion.
