We are looking for a Senior Growth Startup & Existing Business Advisor to join our Business Gateway Service within Economic Development. This role is based in Aberdeen but covers Aberdeen City & Shire and offers a chance to make a significant impact on the local business community. You will create, develop and manage a portfolio of clients along with managing and supporting a team.

As a Senior Growth Startup & Existing Business Advisor, you will play a vital role in driving the success of both new and existing businesses from new and existing businesses.

Business Gateway Aberdeen City & Shire is delivered by Aberdeenshire Council on behalf of both Aberdeenshire Council & Aberdeen City Council.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

The base location for this role is Woodhill House, with travel throughout Aberdeen City & Aberdeenshire. The role is full-time permanent, and the work style is hybrid. It is a material condition of employment for this post that the employee holds a current full driving licence and has a car available.

This role may require flexible, evening and weekend working on occasion.
