NESTRANS - People and Place Officer

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People and Place Officer with Nestrans, the Regional Transport Partnership for Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire. The successful candidate will support the delivery of Nestrans' People and Place programme, working in partnership with Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, Transport Scotland, and delivery partners from across the region. The People and Place programme is a regional delivery model for active and sustainable behaviour change in Scotland and supports the work of Nestrans in encouraging behaviour change in line with our Regional Transport Strategy.

With a passion for partnership working and stakeholder collaboration, the postholder will support the delivery of each project within the People and Place programme, monitoring progress, activities, spend, and impacts. The role is funded through Nestrans' People and Place programme, which is supported by Transport Scotland as part of its active travel transformation programme.

Fixed term for a period not exceeding 31/03/2027.
