By taking on the role of Systems Support Assistant you’ll play a vital role to provide a quality support service for ANGUSalive core digital systems including software and hardware set-up and issues resolution, liaising with suppliers and third party support as required.  This will include system configuration and user administration, the maintenance and development of corporate and service digital systems and the development and delivery of procedures, guidance and training.

To do well in this role you will be able to demonstrate our key behaviours with a strong understanding of operating systems, networks, and software applications. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and a familiarity with system administration, security protocols, and database management customer service excellence, continuous improvement, engaged workforce, innovative services.

A friendly outgoing personality, the ability to use your initiative, work as part of a team and experience of working with customers are essential.
