Job Description
You will work in various primary schools across Angus.
This job is workstyle 1 - Fixed.
In this workstyle most of your time is spent undertaking the direct delivery of front-line services work. Depending on your role there may be a limited requirement to access a specific council location during the course of the working week if you are not delivering your service at a council location.
Hours will be worked on an as and when required basis.
You will carry out a number of general clerical duties.
Working in school office, you will be responsible for the input of data in the SEEMIS data base, maintaining and updating pupil records and processing school funds including the operation of the Parent Pay system and reconciliation of the DSM and School Fund budget. You will also manage SMT diaries and process incoming and outgoing mail.
You will undertake reception duties and be a first point of contact, dealing with queries from parents/carers and utilising the Groupcall system.

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.
