Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

You will work as part of a small professional team responsible for managing the council’s Estates portfolio. The post will include keeping Estate based information up to date, preparing plans including deed plans, arranging wayleaves, carrying out surveys and researching title information. You will also provide technical service and support to the Estates team relating to leasing, acquisition and disposal of properties.

Candidates will be considered who have an HNC in a relevant building related discipline or equivalent and be an Associate member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or equivalent professional body).
