Job Description
Based at Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath.
This job is workstyle 4 - Flexi.
You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.
The waste project officer will work as part of the waste strategy team in rolling out a revised kerbside recycling service in Angus in 2024. The waste project officer will focus on carrying out assessments to find suitable locations to site a new network of glass recycling points in Angus and to accommodate a new blue paper and card bin at communal and road end collection points. The post-holder will engage with members of the public re these changes and will be effective at recording information electronically.
This job is temporary until no later than 31 December 2024.
