The post is based in Ardfenaig Care Home, which is a 16-bed residential care home that provides support to adults over 65 years who have a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team working towards residents’ Person-Centred Plans, supporting them to maintain as much independence as possible, be involved in the local community and support them to meet their goals and aspirations in life.
We are looking for individuals with initiative and enthusiasm. You should be motivated, creative and enthusiastic and have a positive and flexible outlook to your work. We believe in developing our staff and will provide training, of which the candidate will be supported by regular team meetings and supervision.
The candidate will be required to register with the SSSC and achieve necessary qualifications, maintain their registration and comply with and meet the standards specific to this role.
Experience of working in elderly care is preferred.
