Social Work Assistant

Service: Health and Social Care Partnership

We are looking for a part time Social Work Assistant who has a knowledge of working with vulnerable adults. Relevant experience of working within a health care or similar setting will also be advantageous. The post is based in Lochgilphead and includes the rural area of Mid Argyll. The successful candidate will join a small integrated team within the Social Work Adult Care (Operations) function. This post involves the key activities of assessment, review and case management. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of professional identity and an ability to work independently and as part of a small but busy team.
