We are seeking innovative and flexible individuals to join our locality Housing Operations team as Housing Officers based across the City, and our new Damp team. Housing Officers play an important role in in a range of housing management duties, community consultation, local investment and projects as well as the new role in supporting the management of dampness, mould, and condensation in our tenancies.

The housing officer is the key contact for our tenants who are experiencing difficulties with tenancy related issues as well as dampness, mould and condensation. Housing Officers need to plan and manage workloads and resources effectively and be in contact with tenants on a daily basis. The ability to communicate with care, respect and empathy are key to this role.
