Salary: £24,064 - 26,468 (pro rata for part time and sessional)
Hours: 16 per week, 40 weeks sessional
Working pattern -
Wednesday, Thursday 08:45 am to 3:30 pm and Friday 08:45 am to 12:45 pm
St Cuthbert's Primary school is offering a School Administrator position within our School Office. To manage and provide the delivery of a wide range of administrative, clerical, secretarial and general office support service.
To manage and provide a welcoming environment for parents and visitors. To ensure any difficulties are dealt with in a confidential and appropriate manner. Any other duties as per the attached job description.
Within the framework of Council and Departmental procedures they will determine priorities, respond to problems arising and generally ensure that services are operating effectively.
This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
